  • They create short explainer videos for different parts of their systems to help internal users navigate common questions or issues they run into.
  • They use the PowerPoint conversion to create an initial draft of the training they wish to convert to a video.
  • Their most used feature is custom avatar voices — all of their training videos are narrated by an AmeriSave trainer, and explainer videos are narrated by IT staff.
  • Currently, they save around 50% of their time by creating video content in Colossyan, and expect to save around 80% once their videos are completed, and will only require updates.
