Our main focus is the Learning and Development market, with our tool helping L&D professionals from around the world save time and money when creating top quality video content.

We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analytics Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in building and managing large datasets, creating data models, and developing metrics for marketing, sales, product, and customer success.

• Build and manage company datasets, ensuring data quality and integrity
• Develop data models to provide insights into business operations and identify opportunities for growth and improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key business questions and develop actionable insights
• Create and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing, sales, product, and customer success
• Automate data processes and reporting to ensure timely and accurate insights are available to stakeholders
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in data analytics and identify opportunities to improve our data infrastructure and processes
• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our business, products, and customer needs to ensure data insights are relevant and actionable

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, data science, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in data analytics or a related field
• Experience with data modeling and database design
• Proficient in SQL and Python for data analysis and manipulation
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
