Currently we are looking for a Senior Research Engineer to help us build the best solution for our L&D creators!

We are looking for a highly skilled research engineer with a strong background in generative AI and digital human avatars. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and executing research projects related to creating digital human avatars that can be used in a variety of applications including virtual assistants, L&D, marketing, corporate communications, etc.

• Conduct cutting-edge research in generative AI and digital human avatars.
• Develop and implement algorithms and models for creating realistic and expressive digital human avatars.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including software engineers, designers, and product managers to ensure the successful integration of digital human avatars into products.
• Stay up to date with the latest research and technologies in the field and provide recommendations for adoption.
• Communicate research findings and project progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Masters or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience in generative AI and/or digital human avatar research.
• Proficient in programming languages such as Python, C++, and (TensorFlow, PyTorch).
• Experience with deep learning techniques such as GANs, autoencoders, and variational autoencoders.
• Experience with neural rendering techniques.
• Experience with 3D face models.•Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with motion capture and animation.
• Familiarity with Unity or Unreal game engines.
