Colossyan is building a product to revolutionize video creation by turning text into videos with the help of machine learning. 

Billions of people consume video content each day. By skipping studio costs, camera rental, and actors, Colossyan is enabling a quick and easy way of creating videos using AI.

We are a team of 20, located in the UK, Hungary, Kosovo, Turkey, and Pakistan. We raised our Seed Round in the summer of 2021. Since May, our team has built an amazing product for training and marketing managers. Our company is fully on PLG and we’ve been mentioned by several experts for the innovative approach of our product.

We are working with startups, SMEs, and international brands — BDO, P&G, BASF or BMW — to facilitate their video creation processes and increase the engagement of their followers. Also with many celebrities, such as Hide the Pain Harold.

Role

We are looking for a full-time Senior Sales Development Representative to find the perfect prospects. You will accomplish this with constant outreach to targeted prospects, using both research tools and marketing research to find the optimal companies and the correct contacts.

This role reports directly to the CEO and is a vital part of our Sales team. Your primary purpose is to find and educate prospects on the value and benefits of Colossyan Creator by securing meetings, delivering product demos, and following up on open opportunities for the Sales team.  Given the nature of the role, you will work closely with all of our functional teams (especially Marketing and Product) but primarily with the Sales team.

Second priority is to work on smaller deals under a certain ACV. This will allow you to learn a lot about our primary use cases. Last priority should be filling the funnel additionally with outbound leads.

Responsibilities

-Generate and follow up on quality leads through our product qualified leads

-Utilize all forms of communication (phone, email, chat, video calls, and social media) to generate pipeline

-Leverage industry-leading research tools to strategically target contacts

-Work closely with the Sales team to find the optimal accounts and contacts

-Keep accurate notes and be detail oriented when it comes to documentation in our CRM

-Nurture our community of creators about new developments

-Always keep our customers top of mind. You will likely be the first touch point a prospect will have with Colossyan. Therefore, you must maintain our high standards for customer experience

Qualifications

-A passion for technology and creative products - we’re looking for someone who’d already see tons of potential in Colossyan Creator

-Minimum of 1-year experience in an SDR, BDR, sales, or marketing position

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English

-Exceptional soft skills

-Resilience and tenacity when it comes to calling or emailing prospects

-Highly organized and results-oriented

-Ability to work independently and productively under pressure

-Ability to learn new tools and technologies quickly

-Can demonstrate accountability, commitment, integrity, and respect

-HubSpot experience is a plus

-The technical aptitude to master our sales tools

-"One-speed" energy with a highly self-driven sense of motivation
