(b) You may have the opportunity to move up in the queue by completing optional actions (e.g., following Colossyan on LinkedIn or completing an additional questionnaire).
(c) The effect of these actions on your queue position may vary due to factors such as actions of other users, the number of users in the Waitlist, and the underlying queue technology. Colossyan makes no promise, guarantee or commitment, including any guarantee of a specific position, placement, or outcome from completing such actions.
(d) Queue positions are determined at Colossyan's sole discretion and may be adjusted for any reason, including technical limitations, fairness considerations, or to prevent abuse.
3. Access to Services
(a) Joining the Waitlist does not guarantee access to our product or services.
(b) Access will be offered at Colossyan's sole discretion and may be limited.
(c) Access to and use of Colossyan's products and services is governed by the Colossyan Terms of Service.
4. Privacy & Communications
(a) Any personal data you submit during your interaction with the Waitlist will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
(b) By joining the Waitlist, you consent to us contacting you about your Waitlist status.
(c) Marketing communications will only be sent to you if you separately opt in. You may unsubscribe at any time.
5. Fair Use & Restrictions
(a) You agree not to: (1) use bots, scripts, or other automated methods to join or move up the Waitlist; or (2) misuse the Waitlist in ways that are fraudulent, misleading, or harmful.
(b) Colossyan reserves the right to remove any participant who violates these Terms or where Colossyan considers that your participation is unfair.
6. Changes & Termination
(a) We may update, suspend, or terminate the Waitlist at any time without notice and without any liability to you.
(b) We may modify these Terms by posting updated Terms on our website. Continued participation in the Waitlist after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
7. Third Party Services
(a) The Waitlist may include links to third-party websites or services (such as LinkedIn, YouTube, or survey platforms). These links are provided for convenience only.
(b) Colossyan does not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party sites, their content, products, services, or practices.
(c) If you choose to engage with third-party sites (e.g., by following us on LinkedIn), you do so at your own risk and subject to those third parties' own terms and privacy policies.
(d) Colossyan is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of third-party services in connection with the Waitlist.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, (1) COLOSSYAN IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS, DAMAGE OR INCONVENIENCE ARISING FROM PARTICIPATION IN THE WAITLIST; AND (2) THE WAITLIST IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of Delaware.
