How much does Colossyan cost?
Colossyan starts as low as $19 per month for 120 annual minutes of video.
How much does a Colossyan custom avatar cost?
Instant custom avatars are included in any active plan. However, studio custom avatars – which are filmed professionally using a green screen – are available as an add-on for $1000 per year.
Can I purchase additional minutes?
There is no way to purchase additional minutes while on the Starter plan. Consider upgrading to the Business plan to receive unlimited minutes instead.
Will my unused minutes roll over to the next month?
No. If you are under your video minute limit at the end of a billing period, your unused minutes will not roll over.
If I pay for an annual subscription, will I receive my entire minute allowance for the year all at once?
Yes! You’ll receive all of your minutes for the year upon purchasing an annual plan, giving you the flexibility to use them whenever you need them.
Do my drafts count toward my minute allowance?
No. Only generated videos count toward your allowance – feel free to create as many drafts as you like!
If I delete my generated videos, do I get my minutes back toward my allowance?
No, deleting generated videos will not result in a credit of minutes to your allowance.
Can I pause my Colossyan subscription?
Yes, you can pause your account for up to 2 months for free. Reach out to us in the chat to do so.
Can I cancel Colossyan at any time?
Monthly plans can be canceled at any time. Although annual plans can also be canceled, please note they are paid upfront for the year, so you won’t be refunded for any unused months.
Is Colossyan a one-time payment?
No, access to Colossyan requires a recurring subscription. Starter and Business plans can be billed monthly or annually, and all Enterprise plans are billed annually.
Can I use Colossyan for free?
Yes! With Colossyan’s trial period, you can create your first AI video for free.
