The Organisation plan is $5,990 per year for 3 creator seats. Additional seats are $2,400 per year each with no cap. Optional NEO 2 expansion packs are $1,500 per year per 600 additional minutes. Everything is billed annually, upfront, via Stripe.

The base $5,990 covers platform access, support, and 1,500 NEO 2 minutes for the entire workspace. Extra seats add a creator on top of that shared envelope, so the marginal seat cost reflects the additional capacity that creator consumes. Volume discounts kick in at Enterprise scale.

The Organisation plan is annual-only, paid upfront via Stripe. If monthly billing matters, the Professional plan at $89 per month is the closer fit. Organisation is built for teams that have decided to commit for the year and want one invoice, one renewal cycle.

Both. Stripe checkout supports credit-card payment and bank transfer (ACH in the US, SEPA in the EU, BACS in the UK). What the Organisation plan does not support is invoice-based billing terms (Net 30, purchase orders, bill-me-later). Stripe still issues an itemized invoice and receipt at checkout for your records. If your procurement requires bill-me-later terms, the Enterprise plan is the right tier.

Multi-year discounts are not offered on the Organisation plan today. The simple, annual, online-purchase model is part of what keeps this tier cheap to operate. If multi-year matters to you, talk to us about an Enterprise contract instead.

NEO 1 is the standard avatar engine: high quality, used by most customers, with unlimited generation on the Organisation plan. NEO 2 is the upgraded engine: higher realism, improved gesture range, and lip-sync accuracy. NEO 2 is capped at 1,500 minutes per year, with $1,500 expansion packs available.

Buy a $1,500 expansion pack for 600 additional NEO 2 minutes. Packs stack, so you can buy as many as your team needs. NEO 1 generation continues unlimited the whole time, so no team is ever fully blocked from shipping new video.

The Organisation plan SCORM package references video assets hosted by Colossyan, so the LMS loads them on demand. This works on over 95% of LMS setups and lets you edit the source video without re-uploading the SCORM package. Self-contained packages, where the LMS hosts everything, are needed for air-gapped or fully offline environments and are Enterprise-only.

Both SCORM 1.2 and SCORM 2004 are supported, tested with Cornerstone, Workday Learning, SAP SuccessFactors, Docebo, Absorb, Moodle, LearnUpon, and over 30 other learning management systems. If your LMS accepts standard SCORM, the export will work without additional integration work.

SCORM on the Organisation plan already does this: the package references a Colossyan-hosted video, so edits propagate the next time a learner opens the course, no re-upload. For non-SCORM embed, generate a public share link and paste it as a URL or iframe in your LMS. API-driven LMS sync stays Enterprise-only.

Yes. Public share links show the video to viewers without surfacing a download option. SCORM-delivered video plays inside the LMS player and is not downloadable by learners either, so end audiences see the content but cannot pull the asset. Authenticated viewer access is an Enterprise feature; baseline view-only playback works on the Organisation plan.

Custom avatars (your face, your team) are Enterprise-only, as are conversational avatars (real-time interactive). The Organisation plan includes the full 300+ stock avatar library, which covers most internal training and enablement use cases without the cost of avatar capture and rendering.

Auto-translation across more than 100 languages is included, with lip-sync retargeting so the avatar mouth movements match the new audio. Yes. Cora drafts the video plan, and your team retains full control. Rewrite a line, swap the avatar, change a translation, restructure the scene order, anything. The draft is a starting point, not a finished product. Nothing renders until you approve the plan and the scenes.

Yes. Branching, action buttons, knowledge checks, and interactive overlays are all included on the Organisation plan. Every interactive element you add is SCORM-trackable, so completion and answer data flow through to your LMS the same way as the rest of the course.

Yes. A built-in screen recorder is included, so screen captures, software walkthroughs, and process recordings live inside the same video you are building. No third-party screen tool, no separate file handoff. Recordings are editable inline the same way an avatar scene is.

Yes. Document-to-video conversion is included on the Organisation plan. Upload a PDF, Word doc, PowerPoint deck (with speaker notes), or paste a public URL. The agent extracts structure and citations, then drafts a scene-by-scene plan you edit before render. SharePoint and Confluence connectors are coming.

Yes. Shared workspace, brand kit library, asset library, and version history are all included. Multiple creators can work on the same project, swap scenes, leave comments, and hand off video drafts. Roles control who can edit, who can comment, and who can publish.

The API is Enterprise-only. The Organisation plan is a self-serve workspace tier designed for L&D and comms teams shipping training videos through the editor. Programmatic generation, custom integrations, and webhook triggers all live in the Enterprise tier alongside the SLA and dedicated CSM.

A dedicated analytics dashboard is Enterprise-only. SCORM-tracked completion data from your LMS still works on the Organisation plan, since interactivity is included. So you have learner completion data inside your LMS, just not a Colossyan-side aggregate dashboard at this tier.

Your workspace is live within minutes of Stripe checkout. Most teams ship their first complete video within 30 to 60 minutes of signing up. Brand kit setup (logo, colours, fonts) takes about 10 minutes once and then carries automatically across every new video.

The Organisation plan is self-serve. You get the full Learning Centre (50+ tutorial videos), an active Help Centre, and live chat support during business hours. There is no dedicated implementation engineer, no scheduled kickoff call. That level of hand-holding starts at the Enterprise tier.

Partially. The Organisation plan supports a rebuild approach: you bring your brand kit and rebuild your top templates in Colossyan, with chat help when needed. Full 1:1 asset migration (every video, every template, every brand asset) is Enterprise-only because it requires implementation-engineer time.

Colossyan hosts customer data in EU and US data centres. EU customers default to EU hosting; US customers default to US hosting. Full detail on hosting, sub-processors, and data flow lives in the Trust Center linked above. Hosting region is configurable at signup.

Yes. The standard Terms of Service include full GDPR commitments and the role of processor under Article 28. For a separately signed Data Processing Agreement, you will need the Enterprise plan, where DPAs are negotiated as part of the procurement process. Standard GDPR rights still apply at every tier.

ISO 27001 certification status is published in the Trust Center linked above. The Trust Center is the authoritative source for every certification, audit window, and scope statement we maintain. If a certification matters to a deal, share the Trust Center link with your security team for review.

You agree to the standard online Terms of Service at signup. There is no separately negotiated Master Service Agreement at this tier. If your procurement requires a redlined MSA, custom terms, or a dedicated agreement, the Enterprise plan is built around that level of contracting.

Yes. The terms of service are published openly at colossyan.com/terms. Your legal team can review them without an NDA, redline points internally, and decide whether the standard terms are acceptable. If they require changes, that is the signal you have outgrown self-serve and should be on Enterprise.

The Organisation plan auto-renews annually unless you cancel from your workspace settings. We email you 60 days, 30 days, and 7 days before renewal so the date is never a surprise. You can cancel renewal in a couple of clicks and keep access for the rest of your paid year.

Cancel renewal anytime from your workspace settings; you keep full access until your paid term ends. Partial-year refunds are not offered on the Organisation plan. If you outgrow the tier mid-year, the unused months credit toward an Enterprise contract rather than being refunded.

During the paid term you can export every video to mp4 or SCORM at any time, so the work itself is portable from day one. If you decide not to renew, export the videos you want to keep before the term ends. Email [email protected] if you need help bulk-exporting a workspace at renewal time.
